Imagine if you could apply one simple Framework to your practice that changes the game forever. Well my friends … please read one … I have the answer for you.
We’re going to dive into the science of how to grow your chiropractic clinic: allow me to present to you the three levels of the chiropractic business funnel.
By mastering the nuances of each level, you can effectively attract new patients and convert them into loyal advocates of your practice. Read until the end for something really (really) cool I’ve been working on.

Let’s break down the Master Funnel:
Firstly, what is the “Master Funnel”? The funnel is a visual representation of how EVERY chiropractic practice (and most businesses actually) can and should look at marketing and getting more clients.

1. Top of Funnel (TOF) - Cold Audience
The top of the funnel represents your cold audience—those who are unaware of your clinic or brand. At this stage, your goal is to create awareness and spark interest.

Utilise strategies such as targeted online ads, engaging social media content, and informative blog posts to reach potential patients. The key is to make a strong first impression that highlights your expertise and the unique benefits of your chiropractic services.
2. Middle of Funnel (MOF) - Warm Audience
Moving down to the middle of the funnel, you encounter individuals who have come across your clinic, social media presence, website etc; but haven't yet engaged deeply.
They may have visited your website, read a blog post, or followed you on social media, but they haven't made a commitment. To nurture these warm leads, offer valuable content like educational webinars, email newsletters, and appealing consultation offers. The goal here is not to keep giving more and more content alone - but content + CTA ( Call To Action). AKA - give them something that cannot say no to.

Remember, some of these potential clients would have engaged with your stuff for weeks, sometimes months - now it’s your job to make them an offer they cannot resist.
3. Bottom of Funnel (BOF) - Hot Audience
At the bottom of the funnel, you find your existing patients and loyal clients. These individuals have experienced the benefits of your chiropractic care and are your biggest advocates. Encourage them to share their positive experiences through reviews, testimonials, and referrals. A strong referral program can turn your satisfied patients into ambassadors, bringing in new clients through word-of-mouth. I personally teach my private clients this strategy and the ROI is huge.
By understanding and effectively managing each level of the funnel, you can systematically grow your patient base and strengthen your practice.
