So, let’s talk about enhancing client retention and reducing the number of unsatisfied clients in your chiropractic practice.
If you run a practice, you know how painful it is when you get a client saying they want to stop care. It’s even more painful when you get an email or even worse - when you don’t hear from them or see them ever again …
Yes - it’s not nice to lose business when things like that happen - but what’s (for me personally) more frustrating is the feeling that “we let the patient down” … at some point, we didn’t communicate and lost them …
For chiropractic clinic owners, the question isn't just how to attract new patients but more importantly, how to keep them. Client retention is not merely about maintaining revenue streams; it's about building lasting relationships based on trust, results, and an unparalleled care experience. This is what will build your business long term.
With that said - let me share with you my actual framework for reducing churn and increasing client’s retention. I call it the Triple Win Framework.
Sidenote: In case you haven’t stumbled across the term ‘churn’. Churn or churn rate is a measure of the number of clients OR employees who stop doing business with you or leave a company during a given period.

The Triple Win Framework is very simple (not easy to implement but very simple).
In order for your practice to grow, deliver amazing service to clients CONSISTENTLY year after year, AND maintain an A-Player team … it ultimately HAS to be a win-win-win situation.
Let me explain.
However you decide to set up your clinic model (one doc practice, multidisciplinary clinic, open plan, closed plan) … the fundamental principles of how to build a successful, meaningful, and long-lasting business do not change!
