How we booked 100+ NPs in 30 days without relying on just luck.

There’s a moment in every clinic owner’s journey when they realise something’s broken.


For me, it hit one Monday morning. I looked at the schedule and saw the dreaded gaps. Too many. I’d poured money into ads. Tried discounts. Hoped for referrals. And yet… there I was, staring at an unpredictable, unstable patient flow.


That’s when I made a decision: I was done playing the guessing game.


I needed a system. A predictable way to bring in new patients every month—without gambling on marketing fads or chasing random tactics.


7 years later - we just booked over 100+ new patients in 30 days (in what’s typically known as one of the worst months of the year - January). No gimmicks. No luck. Just a strategy that works.


And today, I’m pulling back the curtain and showing you exactly how we did it. If you own a clinic and want a full schedule without the stress, keep reading—because this will change the way you think about patient growth forever.


Lesson 1: Patients Don’t Buy Adjustments—They Buy Solutions


Let’s be honest—no one wakes up thinking, “I need an adjustment today.”


What do they wake up thinking?


💭 "My back is killing me—I can’t even pick up my kids without wincing."

💭 "This migraine won’t go away, and I’m sick of popping painkillers."

💭 "If I don’t fix this posture, I’m going to be hunched over like my dad."


Patients don’t buy chiropractic care. They buy solutions to their biggest problems.


I learned this the hard way. Early on, I focused too much on “selling the adjustments”. But people don’t care about adjustments—they care about what those adjustments allow them to do.


So we changed our messaging. Instead of promoting “chiropractic services,” we started speaking directly to the problems our ideal patients were experiencing. We ran workshops on "How to Manage Back Pain Without Surgery." We created simple, clear messaging around outcomes—not treatments.


And the result? More people booked in. Because suddenly, they saw us as the answer to their problems.


🔑 Takeaway: Stop selling chiropractic care. Start selling solutions. (and yes … I know a lot of you don’t sit well with the word “sell” - but like it or not - we all have to “sell” … we “sell” the idea of eating healthy foods to our kids. We “sell” education and the importance of school to our children. We “sell” our best version to a desired future partner and so on … you get the point.


Lesson 2: Your Patient Experience Creates Referrals on Autopilot


A patient books their first visit. That’s great. But do they stay? Do they tell others? What’s that ‘gut feeling’ they get as soon as they walk in your office for the first time?!


The difference between an average clinic and a thriving one isn’t just getting patients in—it’s making them want to stay and bring others. Why … because they feel safe / they trust you / they feel understood and heard and they can see that you’re genuinely there to help them.


Let me give you an example. We once had a new patient named Mrs X. She came in, had a great treatment, and left. But something magical happened the next week—she brought in her husband. Then, her sister. And within a month? Four of her co-workers.


We didn’t ask her to refer people. She just did it.


Why? Because from the moment she walked through the door, we made sure she had an exceptional experience:


✅ Better front desk scripting → Fewer cancellations and no-shows.

✅ Clearer patient onboarding → She knew exactly how care would help her.

✅ Strategic referral incentives → She had an easy way to invite others.


So many clinics waste money chasing new patients when their best marketing tool is already inside the clinic: their current patients.


🔑 Takeaway: When your patient experience is incredible, referrals happen automatically. ( and don’t get me wrong - we do have very strategic systems to increase the % of referrals and help families as much as we can).


Lesson 3: You Need a Patient Acquisition System, Not Random Marketing


Most chiropractors think marketing means throwing up a few Facebook ads and hoping for the best. But here’s the truth: Ads don’t create sustainable growth. Systems do.


A real patient acquisition system doesn’t just get people in—it keeps them coming back and spreading the word. Here’s how we built ours:


🔹 Local Events & Workshops → Instead of waiting for patients to find us, we showed up where they were. Community talks, corporate wellness days, and local partnerships brought in pre-qualified patients who already trusted us.


🔹 Strategic Google & Social Media Presence → Patients search online before they book. We made sure we dominated local SEO and had a strong social proof presence—so when they looked, they found us first.


🔹 Referral Incentives That Actually Worked → We made it stupidly easy for patients to refer friends and family. Simple things like referral cards, VIP upgrades, and community challenges turned happy patients into walking billboards for our clinic.


And the best part? Once these systems were in place, patient flow became predictable. Then we built more and more systems that now generate 100+ New Patients EVERY month without fail.


No more slow months. No more “feast or famine” patient flow. Just steady, consistent growth.
